Many of our customers ask where we got the name Euphoro. As many of you may know, the word Euphoria means a state of intense happiness and self-confidence. I personally love the meaning of this word! It resonates deeply with us, so we took the word Euphoria and made it our own. Our mission is to improve your quality of life, so we wanted a name that spoke to that. This is where Euphoro comes from.
Honestly, Covid was a part of our inspiration behind Euphoro. We all know that these times have been very difficult for many people. As we have collectively struggled with isolation, desocialization, fear, loss of jobs and quality of life, etc… We wanted to be a beacon of light in the darkness. Since the beginning of Covid, there has been a very large increase in depression, anxiety, and overall pain as most people are not able to do all the activities they once were able to do. I am a full-time X-ray technician, and I have been seeing all of these symptoms first hand in the hospital. We wanted to help, even if it was just in a small way.
Our company has only been open for one full week now. We opened our online website on November 14th, 2020, and our goal is to widen our reach so we can help more people. We want to get our products in stores so that we can have a broader audience and further engage with the community. Our hope is that our mission and brand will be something that people can connect to and benefit from.
We have 6 different kinds of Bath salts! Lemon Fizz, Orange, Mango Coconut, Avocado Matcha, Coffee, and Lavender. We make each batch by hand with an abundance of love. We have perfected each one of our bath salts through many trials and many errors (lol and trust me when I say there have been many). Each ingredient has been thoughtfully chosen to serve a specific purpose. From lemon essential oil that is known to ease stress and elevate your mood, to lavender which is known for promoting calmness while reducing stress and anxiety. Also, who doesn’t want coffee in their bath? It is a rich source of antioxidants and can help to brighten your skin.
We want to support our country, and it is very important to us that we do our best to source our ingredients locally. We get our essential oils from a brand called Green Valley Aromatherapy. They sell us the 100% pure pressed oils that we infuse with our bath salts, and we get our magnesium Sulphate Epsom Salts from a brand called Yogti. Both of these companies are based in Canada.
All Euphoro bath salts are also infused with CB2™ terpene oil, which activates the CB2 receptors within the body. It is very similar to the way CBD and THC work without the high. CB2™ terpene oil is mainly used for anxiety and depression, but also has many other amazing benefits including improving skin health, insomnia, fibromyalgia/chronic pain, osteoarthritis, joint pain, migraines, and headaches.
