Hi all!
I’m Jenya. 34 year old, wife of Gavin and mother of two boys, Walter six and Stanley two. I live in beautiful British Columbia. I was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec and moved here to BC eight years ago. I moved here to change my life. It was the best decision I ever made.
I speak French, English and a little Russian. I’m Canadian but I have blood lines from Mother Russia on my dad’s side and on my mom’s side straight from Poland. I love languages and find it very sexy to be multilingual. I love that about myself.
I hate small talk. My childhood was messed up. I grew up with an alcoholic mother and emotionally, physically and mentally abusive father. I have an extremely addictive personality and have abused drugs and alcohol in the past.
I don’t like labels. I believe we are our own creators of our lives and we can change any behaviour about ourselves with the right coaching and consistent practice of a new habit. All skills are learned.
Because of my upbringing, I like big life conversations. I like to go deep and I go deep fast. I love all things mental health and personal development related. I’m a spiritual junkie.
For work, I’m a florist, a horticulturist, a mom, a zumba instructor, a spiritual mentor, and a writer.
