All proceeds go to employment training and the New Moms Organization in Chicago, IL helping young moms learn how to be mothers, assisting with housing, and employment readiness. New Moms is not only creating employment but disrupting the cycle and empowering young women.

Options Care Center (HIV positive moms)

Natural materials, dried and pressed flowers, grasses, colorful fabrics, and beads make up each of these unique handcrafted greeting cards. Wildlife cards show scenes with elephants, zebras, lions, rhinos, hippos, and giraffes. Other scenes are women walking with tote bags, a mother carrying her child, two women in conversation, and scenes of homes in a village. Unemployed moms and those affected by HIV/AIDS create these unique cards. Theirs is truly a labor of love that no other card can equal. 

Each card is handcrafted, no two are alike.  The inside has been left blank for your personal message. 

The cards are approximately 4 x 6 in (11 x 15 cm) and come with matching paper envelopes. It is said that these cards are more suitable for framing than mailing. We have opted for both!

Living Soul (teen moms in Tanzania/victims of rape) 

Each bag will easily hold all your possessions and leave room for some shopping too! They are incredibly well made and lined with a cream linen fabric inside. There is one pocket inside for other small things to stay tidy. In addition the 12 inch padded straps make it easy to slid over your shoulder. Store your computer, books, or change of clothes easily!

These are bags for tomorrow because they are helping create futures for the young teen-moms that Living Soul Foundation serves.

All products are made in the local village of Kigoma, Tanzania, the home of Living Soul Foundation (LSF). The proceeds support local women in the village of Kigoma, Tanzania and provide needed revenue for the center. LSF is a safe community center, active advocate, and beacon of hope for young girls after they have become pregnant due to gender violence and child marriage.
